Longtime member of National Wireless Association(s), Marc served as Regional and National Sales Manager, and National Director having success in developing long term, trustworthy and mutually rewarding client relationships, with an exemplary commitment to the belief that “the client’s problem is our problem” – a motto that has served as a critically important foundation component in his management decorum.

Marc is married with 3 Children, resides in eastern Pennsylvania, and Coaches Football at the Youth and High School Levels, and will take the day off any time a client wants to go on a Pro-Guided Bass Fishing Trip!

Michael J. Geddio

Chief Financial Officer

As chief financial officer (CFO) and Director of Client Engagement, Mike Geddio is responsible for all the company’s financial functions including accounting, audit, corporate finance, and customer relations. His career spans more than 20 years of varied experience in financial management, budgeting, sales, customer service, six sigma, and quality assurance. He received his Bachelor of Science degree focused on Marketing and Management from Penn State University and holds real estate licenses in both Delaware and Pennsylvania. Before joining M1R2 in January 2021, Geddio served as a Customer Service Leader at

TE Connectivity (“TE”). TE is an technology company that designs and manufactures connectivity and sensor products for harsh environments in a variety of industries, such as automotive, industrial equipment, data communication systems, aerospace, defense, medical, oil and gas, consumer electronics and energy.

He has also held Director level positions in both construction and manufacturing companies, including Carpenter Technology and DTS Enterprise.

Mike is known for his service driven approach and authentic communication style. His comprehensive experience encompassing construction, technology and customer service provides our clientele with a rich perspective for their wireless, regulatory, and engineering needs.

John Koprucki, PE

Direction Of Engineering · Central US Regional Office

John Koprucki has over 11 years of experience in the specialty steel structure industry from both a manufacturing and consulting perspective. He earned BSCE and MSCE degrees from Bradley University in Peoria, IL. He holds a PE license in 15 states and an SE license in Illinois.

John is particularly interested in the application of cutting-edge technology to structural engineering challenges, such as monitoring structural health and improving fatigue performance. John also serves on several technical committees in the telecommunications and electrical transmission industries.

In his free time, John is an amateur woodworker and aspiring barbecue pitmaster. He lives in Central Illinois with his wife, their toddler foster son, and a trio of cats.

Nate Buchanan

National Sales Manager

Nate Buchanan is the National Sales Manager for M1R2 Ventures LLC., and operates out of their Southeast Regional Sales Office. He is responsible for revenue growth encompassing A&E, environmental and regulatory services, and brings several years of experience in wireless infrastructure sales and customer service roles. He prides himself on building a strong rapport with RF engineering, construction and project managers at wireless carriers, tower companies and related service providers.

Nate also serves as a Sales Executive for Tellico Global Group, Inc. where he oversees the sales of power products designed to provide performance protection of wireless networks, DAS/small cell systems and other mission-critical infrastructure. Prior, he was a team lead for a major call center operating under the State of North Carolina where he played a key role in implementing a number of QA/QC measures to improve process efficiencies, and assisted in the training of CSR team members.

Always eager to grow his knowledge of the many facets that comprise wireless infrastructure and construction techniques, Nate is an aspiring business development professional who possesses a keen attention to detail along with the ability to comprehend client needs. These traits, combined with his sales and customer service experience, provide our clients with a distinctive approach for delivering customized service solutions to assure project timelines are met.

Michelle L. Sweigart

Administrative Director

Michelle is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor’s in Science. She has an extensive background in finance management and business administration as well as customer service. Michelle’s experience began in the wireless industry as a National Sales Coordinator position managing all aspects of the products from the sales platform, logistics, and the final deliverable.

She later expanded her career and technical experience working in a global role securing product and operational contracts with industry leaders. Michelle currently manages all of our back-office administration, including AR and AP as well as updating our social media presence. In addition to her years of experience, Michelle also brings enthusiasm and creativity to her role with M1R2.

Jack B. Anton

Environmental Services – Program/Project Manager

Spending his college career in sunny St. Petersburg, FL, Jack is a graduate of Eckerd College with a BA, (Major) in Environmental Studies, and a (Minor) in Coastal Management

Jack has a passion for environmental compliance and will provide a swift and accurate response time to critical enviro-related issues with respect to your telecom project.

While in Florida, Jack focused on many problem-solving issues including Environmental Communication, Climate Change Communication, Biological and Geological Oceanography, Marine Mammal Science, Bird Migration, Cellular processes, Remote Sensing in the Environment, Environmental Politics and Policy, GIS for environmental studies, Coastal Management and Fisheries Governance.

Jack will interface with your team and manage the environmental aspects of the project which comprise interpretation of environmental permits and other project related documents, developing the plans as per environmental compliance policies, coordinating with regulatory authorities and assuring them about the compliance policies adopted by the organization, managing the inspection processes at the jobsite. Jack will manage sensitive regional environments and related tribal relationships, and then prepare an accurate project report with complete documentation for getting project approval of the environmental regulatory authorities.
